In a 4-day workshop you have time to teach a wealth of project management information, including the following:

1. An overview of project management covering briefly on all of the knowledge areas.
2. Hands-on practice with risk management using the Project Risk board game
3. Hands-on practice with earned value project reporting using the Project Risk board game
4. Practicing the steps of the roadmap on the participant's actual projects using the companion workbook.
