You did excellent, especially when delivering the multiple variables going on in management and the shifting priorities in leadership.

Great value for the money – fun, interactive. I taught Risk today and used lots of things you had taught! I stressed opportunities and used the EESA and MATA (which you taught me). I will recommend some of my Advanced PM students to come.

After completing the Successful Projects [Certificate in Project Management] coursework with you [Instructor: Renee Adair] this summer, I have become keenly aware of how much project management my job actually requires – in spite of the fact that outwardly it appears to have very little! I am now in a better position to take these projects and formally organize them for greater efficiency and accountability on all levels. The course completion has also increased my desire to dig deeper and explore further. It has opened the door of endless curiosity for me. Thank you for your guidance during the process.

I want to thank you again for putting together an excellent workshop. I have taken several courses on PM and I have to say, without a doubt, I left this one with more take-a-ways that are applicable to my work in product development than any other… After 40 years of managing projects of various sizes, I think I am finally able to transition from a dominating “seat of the pants” approach to an approach that is much more disciplined. Never too late, I guess.

Kay [Instructor Kay Wais] was lively and entertaining, with a great grasp of the material. I liked the clickers and the class involvement.

I’m so glad I decided to take the [Certificate in Project Management] course, it gave me a great introduction to the concepts and practices of project management. I am excited to continue learning and am hoping to move into the project management career field in the future. I have started to apply project management techniques to several projects I am currently in charge of. Amy was wonderful, she gave me a great real-life perspective of project management and showed me that I already practice project management in my job. She taught me how to take what I was already doing and put it into the project management framework. I still have a lot to learn but feel confident in my ability to continue in this area of work. Ahmed Zouhair was a great mentor during my professional development as a certified project manager. His deep expertise of the profession and his positive and aspiring personality helped me make the right choices at the right time during my journey to the PMP certification. He understood my strengths and weaknesses and guided me through the optimal learning path. Because of his experience, he was able to make complex PMI concept easy to grasp by providing meaningful examples. Combined with his hands-on approach, this made for the perfect learning environment for me. He never hesitated to activate his network to provide the best solutions possible. I always felt that Ahmed deeply cared about my success.

The instructor was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the subject matter. She kept the class interesting and brought up good examples. The risk plan analysis and the concept of negative stakeholders was most helpful.
